DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS

All orders are inspected and packed with care before they are sent out to you! If your order arrives damaged or and item is missing, this must be reported within ten (10) days of delivery.  We will gladly provide a replacement of the same item free of charge, or in the event the item is out of stock, a store credit in an equal amount.
