EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
Due to hygiene reasons and because each item is personalized, headwear (ears, headbands, etc.) is not returnable. Additionally, items tagged as "mystery", on sale, or purchased with a coupon/promo code, are not eligible for exchange or return.
For all other items, not mentioned above, we will accept exchanges/returns for store credit within ten (10) days of receipt/delivery. Products must be returned in the original packaging and unopened.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless returning or exchanging due to a shopBBBrooke error. Please contact us prior to sending your order back for approval.
