Can you tell me more about your products?

All products on the site are designed by Brooke and are a ©Disney Licensed Product.

Each products is safety tested to ensure it either meets or exceeds US Safety Standards. 

How long until my order ships?

Please allow 3-5 business days for ready to ship items and 7-10 business days for any personalized products.

When will my Pre-Order arrive?

Pre-ordered items will ship according to the estimate shipping timelines provided at the time of sale and in the product listing. If your order contains a non pre-order item, it will be shipped together with your pre-order. 

Can my order be cancelled?

Order cancellation is allowed within 24 hours and will be refunded with a gift card of equal value. We will consider a refund to the original form of payment on a case by case basis.

Where is my order?

Tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment to the e-mail address associated with the order.
